  • Visa invitation letter Please return by: 17 February, 2020 – orders after the deadline might not be entertained or will be subject to a surcharge of USD 52$.
  • For nationals from 35 countries it is possible to get a tourist visa on arrival at the Addis Ababa Bole International Airport or an E-visa.
  • Other Nationals can apply for Conference Business e-visa at the Main Department for Immigration and Nationality affairs e-visa portal www.evisa.gov.et.
  • We recommend all exhibitors to apply for this visa. We will provide you with the required documents to apply for the e-visa.

Please attach copy of your passport. You passport must have 6 months validity. If you are applying from a country other than your nationality, please send a valid residence ID/Permit.

If the passport number on the resident permit is different from the passport number on your current passport, please send copy of your previous passport that show the passport number on your resident ID.
